Raw and unfiltered honey is harvested, extracted and jarred straight from the hive.  The honey is not heated or filtered to remove bits of beeswax, pollen or other impurities. 

This raw form of crystalized honey gives the best flavor with a little bit of extra nutrients from the unfiltered add ins.
